Little Dailies ("we", "us") runs littledailies.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Short version: we only collect what we need to email you and — eventually — ship you socks, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Email address you submit to the waitlist or newsletter, plus the source (e.g. footer, cart) and the size or color you were looking at.
- Saved cart contents if you signed up from the bag, so we can restore it when we launch.
- Marketing consent — whether you opted in to marketing emails.
- Basic technical data like IP address, browser, and pages viewed, gathered by our hosting and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To send you launch, restock, and (if you opted in) marketing emails.
- To send you a discount code and restore your saved bag when we open the store.
- To understand which pages and sizes people care about, so we build the right things.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics). They're bound to use it only to provide their services to us.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember consent, and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear them from your browser at any time.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The site is intended for adults buying for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
