When Baby Number Two Arrived, the Small Things Felt Big

With my first, I bought those adorable multipacks of patterned socks. By the time they were two, I was spending way too much time staring at an odd-sock drawer, trying to find a match. I just accepted that missing socks were a normal part of parenting.

Then my second child came along.

Suddenly, time wasn't just precious—it was practically non-existent. Between managing a newborn and keeping up with a toddler, I realized I didn't want to spend a single extra minute pairing tiny socks when I could be holding my baby or playing on the floor with my oldest.

Now there were two sets of tiny socks tumbling through the laundry. Two odd-sock drawers. Two sizes that looked almost identical, wondering if these tiny socks were even the same size — and most of the time, they weren't.

So, we created a simpler way. We designed, not just a sock but a system. The sock itself is comfortable, ready to be worn everyday, symmetric, meaning there is no left or right to worry about, gender-neutral so anyone can wear it, and most importantly for a growing family, we made the color mean the size. Now, when the laundry comes out of the dryer, it sorts itself right into the toddler's pile and the baby's pile. That's the whole product.

"Little Dailies" stands for the small things you do every day—putting on shoes, packing the snack bag by the door, getting everyone dressed. We wanted the smallest daily routine to stop taking up your time, so you can get back to the parts of your day that actually matter.
