These terms cover your use of littledailies.com (the "site"), operated by Little Dailies. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Using the site
You may browse the site and submit your email to join the waitlist. Don't abuse the site — no scraping, spamming, attempting to break authentication, or impersonating anyone else.
Waitlist and emails
Signing up means you'd like to hear from us about launch, restocks, and — if you ticked the box — occasional marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email; transactional messages about your account may still be sent.
Discount codes
Any first-order or waitlist discount is a one-time offer per household, cannot be combined with other promotions, and may expire or be withdrawn at our discretion before it is redeemed.
Content
The site's copy, photography, logos, and design are owned by Little Dailies. You may share links to the site. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without written permission.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Little Dailies isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
